Very nice light, Mike. There is such a short window of time to get the light reflected on the clouds like that.

Very lovely light and colors, like a painting. The picture needs the house and one could ask, how the inhabitants sense this wonderful morning light. Sunny greetings
Bob, Yes this trip the "good" light was the shortest ever, it seem to last only seconds.

J.L.T., The building is an artist studio, it's an amazing building and site. In the 3 years I've been shooting this area I've never seen anyone there... It's for sale.

Beautiful sky, great photo. The sky almost looks like a composite, but it's completely natural. I've seen only one or two sunrise/sets like this where you have clouds at very different altitudes.

The high clouds appear white because they're already getting full-blown sunlight. The low clouds are just starting to catch the directional light and are a warm color.

It's a really neat phenomenon.

I like how the streak of white clouds mimic the streak of white sand on the ground. There are many horizontal layers in the scene, each its own interesting color. All the bands are punctuated by two great areas of interest - the sun and the structure.

A beautiful scene!
