93 - East

Canon 5DmkII, 16-35mm at 16mm, iso100, 1/20 + 1/6 + .7 sec at f/11.0, +CPL Three images combined with Photomatrix

Looking east from a place called Whales Point. Haven't seen any whales yet, but have heard they pass by here on their migration north and south.

I meant to comment on this the other day.... Out of all your beach scenes recently, I like this one the best. That cloud formation and light is amazing. It almost has a life of its own. There's an energy there that's hard to describe.

I also like the primordial look of this photo, like it could have been taken hundreds of millions of years ago (if cameras existed back then) :-)

Debra, Thanks, still looking...

Marka, When this started I of course was on the other side looking west and had to run to this side before it faded, love it when that happens...

J.L.T. Thank you, I always love your description...

cako, thanks for stopping buy and commenting...

Anna, Thank you so much...

kuluth, thanks for your support...

TJ my friend, thanks for your comment, What I love about this island is it has so many kinds of shoreline and beaches. Half the time I feel I don't due them justice
